About Rebecca
Rebecca Undem is a speaker, organizational development consultant, and Founder & Executive Director of Growing Small Towns, a nonprofit that helps small communities be places people love to call home. She also hosts The Growing Small Towns Show and helps leaders strengthen the human skills behind community progress.
With a background in talent and leadership development (and a lifelong fascination with what makes humans tick) Rebecca blends humor, heart, and practical insight to help leaders navigate generational shifts, strengthen culture, and create environments grounded in belonging and collaboration. Her work invites people to lead with more humanity, curiosity, and courage, recognizing that real growth happens when more voices are included.
