Rebecca Undem is a speaker, organizational development consultant, and the Founder & Executive Director of Growing Small Towns, a nonprofit dedicated to helping communities and small companies become places people love to call home. She also hosts The Growing Small Towns Show, a top-25% podcast highlighting the big thinkers and brave builders shaping small places.

With a background in talent and leadership development (and a lifelong fascination with what makes humans tick) Rebecca blends humor, heart, and practical insight to help leaders navigate generational shifts, strengthen culture, and create environments grounded in belonging and collaboration. Her work invites people to lead with more humanity, curiosity, and courage, recognizing that real growth happens when more voices are included.
