For years, communities have relied on a familiar strategy: send one person to a conference and hope they return with the ideas, energy, and influence needed to create change. That's a lot to ask of one person.

Community progress happens when people work together. Learning should work the same way.

The Civic Health Clinic is a one-day interactive learning experience created specifically for communities of 5,000 people or fewer.

Rather than attending alone, you'll bring a team of up to four people from your town to learn together, reflect together, and leave with a shared plan for moving your community forward.

Throughout the day, you'll explore the relationships, leadership behaviors, and community dynamics that influence a town's ability to turn good ideas into meaningful action.
