About the Event

We are partnering with BeyondtheFlex to bring yoga to Oakes! There were are three different class styles so you are sure to find one that fits your ability!

The first style of yaga we are going to offer is simply beginner yoga for people to learn and practice. This will be held on Monday nights from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The second style of yoga is chair yoga this is a type of assisted balance yoga. Which will be held on Tuesdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. The third style of yoga is hatha vinyasa which traditional yoga with flow and it will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.


Beginner Yoga

You have no idea what the hype is about. Maybe you're on the shy side or think that flexibility is a requirement. It's not! Come relax, breathe, learn poses, their names, and find your unique flow.


Receive the benefits of practicing, using breathing techniques and gentle movements to fine your balance, both literally and figuratively, while seated.

Hatha Vinyasa

Gain strength, endurance, and flexibility while gently transitioning through poses, linking breath with movement. Emphasis is placed on experiencing your unique mind, breath, body connection.


It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel if you have one, if you don't have either no worries we have you covered! Lastly bring a water bottle, it is important to stay hydrated.
